How Hundred Hour collects, uses and protects personal information when you use this website.
Hundred Hour (hundredhour.com) is an independent website that provides time conversion calculators and guides. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Hundred Hour. We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website.
If you have a question about this policy or about your personal information, please use our contact form or email hello@hundredhour.com.
You do not need to create an account or give us your name or contact details to use the calculators. The calculators are provided through an embedded application run by our app hosting provider. The times you enter are used to work out your result.
If you send a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email address and the content of your message. Our form software also records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the page you sent the message from. We use this to reply to you and to help prevent spam and abuse.
To protect our forms from automated spam we use anti-spam measures, which may include Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile may process information about your device and browser to check that a real person is using the form. We also limit how many messages can be sent from one connection in a short period.
Like most websites, our hosting provider and our security software keep logs that include IP addresses, browser details and the pages requested. These logs help us keep the website secure and working properly.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
We process personal information on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, improving our tools and keeping the website secure. Where the law requires your consent, for example for non-essential cookies, we will ask for it first.
We only share personal information with service providers who help us run the website, such as our website hosting provider, our email delivery service, our anti-spam provider and our app hosting provider. They may only use it to provide their services to us.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
We may also disclose information if the law requires us to.
We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress and our security software may set essential cookies, for example when an administrator is logged in. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
To use any of these rights, please contact us or email hello@hundredhour.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
This website is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
